SECU offers several mobile apps to make our members' lives easier. From finding an ATM or Shared Branch, to mobile banking, to card protection, SECU is right at your fingertips. SECU's mobile apps are only available for secure download through the App Store and Google Play. Third party providers offering our apps may be phishing for information. Do not download any SECU-related from providers other than the verified App Store or Google Play.

SECU Net24 Mobile Banking

Net24 Mobile App

Access your SECU accounts from your mobile device. Deposit checks, transfer funds, pay bills, apply for loans, and more! Download it for free from your Google Play or iPhone App store today. Search "Schlumberger Employees Credit Union" and look for our logo. Please note the SECU Net24 Mobile App is only officially supported in the US App Store. CardValet®

CardVale®

Protect your debit and credit cards through your mobile device by receiving alerts and defining when, where, and how your payment cards are used. Set spending limits, define geographic location restrictions, turn your card on and off, and more. The app is free and available in Google Play or the iPhone App store.

Make Sure You're Receiving Push Notifications

Existing CardValet Users: Android and iOS

1. Log into the app.

2. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Toggle Primary Device to On

New CardValet Users: Android

1. Log into the app.

2. Select Yes when the first prompt appears asking: Would you like to set this device as a primary device?

3. Select Allow to let CardValet access the device's location.

New CardValet Users: iOS

1. Log into the app.

2. Select Allow when the first prompt appears stating: CardValet would like to send you notifications.

3. Select Allow While Using the App when the second prompt appears asking: Allow CardValet to use your location.

4. Select Yes when the third prompt appears asking: Would you like to set this device as a primary device?

Enable Location Push Notifications

Enable Android My Location Alerts

1. Tap Alerts & Controls from the Card Details Screen.

2. Choose Alerts.

3. If Let me customize my alerts is selected tap Locations (This does not apply to users with Send me alerts for all transactions and Don't send me alerts are selected).

Tap My Location to enable the feature.

Enable Android My Location Controls

1. Tap Alerts & Controls from the Card Details Screen.

2. Choose Controls.

3. Tap Locations.

4. Tap My Location.

5. Select OK on the CardValet in-store transactions prompt.

Enable iOS My Location Alerts

1. Tap on Alerts & Controls from the Card Details Screen.

2. Choose Alerts.

3. If Let me customize my alerts is checked, tap Locations (This does not apply to users with Send me alerts for all transactions and Don't send me alerts are checked).

4. Tap My Location.

5. Select Turn on GPS when the Location Service prompt appears.

6. Change the Location settings to Always.

Enable iOS My Location Controls

1. Tap on Alerts & Controls from the Card Details Screen.

2. Choose Controls.

3. Tap Locations.

4. If enabled, tap My Location.

5. Select OK on the CardValet in-store transactions prompt.

6. Select Turn on GPS when the Locaiton Service prompt appears.

7. Change the Location settings to Always.

Use your SECU Visa Debit and Credit Cards surcharge-free at any of the 55,000+ worldwide Allpoint ATMs. The free Allpoint app helps you find the nearest location without entering your address or zip code. The Allpoint Network app is available for download for your iPhone, Android, and Windows device.
